Lawrence buildings continue to
smolder after 12 hours

More than 14 hours after firefighters responded to a 6 alarm fire
on Parker and Market Streets in Lawrence where nearly an entire
city block was devestated, fire continues to smolder beneath the rubble.
Fire and emergency personnel (seen here) were still on the scene
